How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
- Browse our products and add items to your cart
- Click the cart icon to review your selection
- Proceed to checkout
- Fill in your delivery details
- Select your preferred payment method (M-Pesa or Cash on Delivery)
- Place your order and we’ll contact you via WhatsApp
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two payment methods:
- M-Pesa Nationwide: We WhatsApp you the total amount (product + delivery), you pay via M-Pesa Paybill: 247247, Account: 0720727309
- Cash on Delivery (Nairobi only): We WhatsApp you the delivery fee, you pay it via M-Pesa first, then pay product balance in cash when our rider delivers
Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are 100% secure:
- M-Pesa payments go directly to our verified business account
- We provide transaction confirmation via WhatsApp
- No credit card details are stored on our website
- Cash on Delivery payments are made directly to our verified rider
Can I pay for delivery separately?
For Cash on Delivery orders in Nairobi:
- Yes, delivery fee is paid separately via M-Pesa
- We calculate and WhatsApp you the delivery cost
- You must pay the delivery fee first
- Product cost is paid in cash on delivery
For M-Pesa payments nationwide, product and delivery are paid together in one transaction.
Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. We partner with trusted couriers, saccos, and shuttles to ensure your order reaches you wherever you are.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary based on:
- Your location (county)
- The courier/shuttle selected
- Package size and weight
We calculate the exact delivery cost after you place your order and communicate it to you via WhatsApp. Typically ranges from KSh 300 to KSh 2,500 depending on distance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Nairobi: 1-2 days
- Major towns: 2-3 days (Nakuru, Kisumu, Mombasa, etc.)
- Other counties: 3-5 days
Orders are processed within 24 hours, then handed to the courier. We’ll provide tracking information via WhatsApp.
Which couriers do you use?
We work with various trusted couriers depending on your county:
- Nairobi: Super Metro, City Shuttle, G4S, Fargo Couriers
- Central: 2NK Sacco, MTN Sacco, 4NTE Sacco
- Coast: Modern Coast, Tawakal Bus, Coast Shuttle
- Western: Easy Coach, Modern Coast, Kakamega Shuttle
- Nationwide: G4S, Fargo Couriers
During checkout, you can select your preferred courier based on your county.
Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes! We deliver to even the most remote areas. For locations without direct courier service, we use:
- Saccos that serve rural routes
- Shuttles that go to rural towns
- Local transport connections
You’ll need to collect your package from the nearest courier/sacco office in your area.
Tracking & Updates
How do I track my order?
Track your order in two ways:
- Via WhatsApp: We send regular updates on your order status
- Via our website: Use the “Track Order” page with your order number (e.g., PT-NAI-001)
Every order receives a unique tracking number that you can use with the courier’s tracking system.
Will I get SMS updates from the courier?
Yes! Most couriers send 2 important SMS notifications:
- SMS 1: When they receive your package at their office
- SMS 2: When your package arrives at the destination office and is ready for collection
Make sure to provide the correct phone number during checkout to receive these updates.
What if I miss the courier’s call?
Don’t worry! If you miss the courier’s call:
- They will leave your package at their nearest office
- You’ll receive an SMS with collection details
- Collect within 3-5 days (varies by courier)
- Bring your ID for verification
If you need delivery to a specific address, make sure to include it in your order details.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products:
- Return within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be defective (not working properly)
- Original receipt must be provided
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
- No returns for change of mind
How do I return a product?
Return process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+254 768 564614) within 7 days
- Send photos/video showing the defect
- We’ll approve the return and provide instructions
- Return the product to our Nairobi office or via courier
- Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement
Do products come with warranty?
Yes! All electronics come with manufacturer warranty:
- Warranty period varies by product (usually 6-12 months)
- Keep your receipt for warranty claims
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects
- Does not cover accidental damage or misuse
- Contact us for warranty service
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product:
- Do not accept delivery if damage is visible
- Take photos of the damage immediately
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours
- We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost
- For courier damages, we handle claims with the courier
